Winning basketball, or winning anything in life, depends on how you believe!
Basketball players were tested for their ability to make baskets from the free-throw line. The team was divided in half.
Half spent the time visualizing, seeing themselves at the free-throw line successfully sinking the ball in the basket every time.
The other ½, worked on the court for the same amount of time taking shot after shot from the free-throw line.
When the players were tested, those who simply thought about making the basket did better than the players who actually practiced.
Therefore, put yourself in a relaxed state, imagine yourself sinking the ball! Visualize an optimistic outcome for each of your life experiences, your goals, your dreams. Always focus on the positive. When you can imagine it, you can achieve it!

I coach a little league basketball team in my country and I always give emphasis on the importance of sportsmanship. The players that are already in high school who have played for me when they were kids took the lessons to heart and they’ve done so well for themselves in the fields of athletics.

Winning basketball is like just Jordan history, because if Chicago don’t have Jordan they don’t get those trophies, just like in here, you need some people that have a great style and unique strategies..

Some players in the NBA successfully made a score that a lot of people considers as an impossible shot to do. Sure that was impossible, but it happened. They would not have done it if they didn’t believe in their selves that they can do it.
