I could not do anything to keep my eyelids close and I am so preoccupied with thinking of many things in my mind. Also I make sure when I come home all things I do from the outside should no longer accompany with me. Before going to sleep I need to make sure my bed is clean, smelling fresh to makes me sleep well. And I agree with “We don’t want to start today with yesterday’s work.”. I always start my day with a brand new day! Meaning no wok left from yesterday. Going to bed and thinking about the work that I haven’t finish yet?
