Our minds are amazing. Our subconscious and conscious are not two minds, they are two spheres of activity within one mind. Our conscious mind is the reasoning mind, the phase of mind that makes choices. Even though the conscious mind is just a tip of the iceberg, it is the stronger portion of the mind. We make all our decisions with our conscious mind.
On the other hand, without any conscious choice on our part, all of our vital functions; digestion, circulation, breathing are kept functioning automatically by the subconscious mind through processes independent of our conscious mind. The subconscious mind is the iceberg, the huge part of our mind below the surface, the autopilot of not only our vital functions but our behavior as well. Not only is the subconscious mind larger than the conscious mind, it’s faster.
95% of all behaviors are done by our subconscious mind.
Our subconscious mind accepts what is impressed or programmed upon it. Our subconscious mind is like a recording machine that faithfully reproduces whatever has been impressed on it. Neuroscientists recognize that our beliefs about our selves and the world were written on our subconscious mind by the time we were 5 years old.
In order to understand our autopilot, getting a glimmer of what is going on in our subconscious mind is as simple as taking the Fear Assessment. Dr. Robert Hartman created the Hartman Value Profile (HVP), then from the HVP, Kim Giles produced the Fear Assessment to give us a glimpse of our subconscious mind. By taking the test and printing the results, we will see our programming on paper. Knowing what needs to be reprogrammed we’ll be one step closer to making better choices.
Kim has created a 12 session ClarityPoint System to help us see our selves, others and the world around us more accurately and take back the power. Clarity Point gives us tools and formulas to help us reach our dreams. An important part of the program is the homework. The magic wand of the homework is the readings. She has worked with brain scientists to create readings that work with our left brain and right brain then send the messages to our core.
The combination of using our conscious mind to make choices and reprogramming our subconscious mind, gives us what we need to make our dreams come true!
