Blogging Tips

I was leaving a comment on Belinda Cunningham’s blog the other day and I read a few of the comments. One that jumped out at me was Christine Casey’s most recent article was, 3,317 Counter Points, Was It Worth Losing My Family?

I had to click on the link and read, I just had to! Christine’s post was so awesome! I feel the same way as Christine! I’m having so much fun syndicating everyone’s posts! I have to tell you about it, I just have to!

Before I started online marketing, besides email, the only time I spent online was doing genealogy. I was able to Search the World’s Largest Pedigree-Linked Database  right from the comfort of my family room!  I was having a great time, then my journey led down a road I never imagined treading on. In March 2009 I was led to Jonathan Budd’s site where he promised great things, then it was on to Jenn Lawlor a successful marketer in Alaska, and to David Kelsey who led me to Katie Freiling where I was taught how to begin blogging!

Six months later I met Beverly Monical and she introduced me to Darlene Davis who gave me the link to Dave Cook’s Tribe Syndication Alliance and also Kimberly Castleberry’s Syndication Alliance (The Syndication alliance is growing right now, so I’ll send you to Kimberly’s personal site.)

Every time I read a post in order to syndicate, the post either confirms what I already know or I learn something new! I’ve learned so much from Jodie Thompson and then Kimberly Castleberry started me in tribe syndication! What a riot that is! Kimberly told me that the people in my tribe will become my best friends. It’s true, I honor and value the people of Tribe Friday they have become great friends! The Australian crowd, Kimberly, Toni King, Kylie Doak and Matt Jones. Then the Americans, Darlene Davis, and my mentor Kimberly Castleberry!

I’m having so much fun that I joined another tribe with Belinda Cunningham! I just had to!! I better wait until tomorrow to tell you about Belind’s group! I’ve got to get back to real life in real time here in Alaska!

Tell me about your experiences blogging! Have you been having as much fun as I have?!

Hey Linda, you are absolutely right, by joining tribes and commenting on blogs not only do you learn a lot, but you also become friends with everyone.

I think you have come to understand the combined theories of “Find something you love doing and you’ll never work a day in your life again”… blended with Gary V’s notion of finding something we’re passionate enough about we’re willing to “work our face off!” There is so much fun to be had, so many friends to make, and it just keeps getting better and better!

    Dear Linda,

You are an inspiration! You and I are associated with the same tribe(s), and I look forward to becoming your friend. I like your style in your blog and especially your exceptional follow-up replies to comments! You truly set a good example of the “read-write web” and having conversations online.
