Fearless Living – feel the power

self-esteem I feel the powerWe all want to live fearlessly, to feel the power. However most have learned powerlessness on some level as a young child. No matter how wonderful our childhoods were, the big people in our lives were operating in fear.

Typically those living in fear will do things like putting up with bad behavior from others and then thinking later about what they wish they had said. Or fear not being loved which discourages them from confronting poor performance.

Other times we fear we must do things we don’t want to do, feeling guilty taking care of ourselves. Maybe we feel sick to our stomach at the thought of standing up for ourselves.

Breaking out of this powerless cycle is easier than you think. It begins by understanding what your subconscious was programmed with. You can find out by taking this Free Assessment in about ten minutes.

Reality is, we all have innate Power that comes from being truly unique. We can reprogram our subconscious mind, re-writing the beliefs simply by using our strong conscious mind to make the choice.
